Solar panels cleaning

We make use of Deionized water; this is to ensure a thorough sparkling clean with no spot on the panels after they dry up, unlike chemicals such as soap or tap water. We run it through our water-fed pole bristles brush that cleans out debris, dust, grime, algae, and bird droppings, which reduces electricity generation and hinders the system's peak performance.

Hydrophobic coating and protection

Hydrophobic Coating is used to repel water off the panels to prevent dirt buildup; Coating allows water and dirt run off the panel immediately to prevent soiling, which creates grime on the panels. Hydrophobic coating reduces the need for regular cleaning and saves you costs.

Water drain clip

We use this clip to automatically remove accumulated water around the bottom edge of the solar panel and prevent dirt buildup around the edges.

Thermal imaging

Solar panels sometimes malfunction due to many factors including dirts. To ensure peak performance and longevity of the panel, we carry out thermal imaging to check for hotspots. Hotspots could cause cell fracture, cracked glass, solder melting, leading to damage of the electronic components inside the panel or even a fire outbreak if not timely checked.

Roof gutter cleaning

A roof gutter is essential to the integrity of a building; it helps to channel water from the roof to the appropriate drainage, preventing damage to the building foundation and soffit. Cleaning them allows for the free flow of water, keeping the building or property intact and valuable.

Solar panels are exposed to extreme conditions outside such as dust, grimes, algae and bird droppings etc all these creates shadings on the panel cells and prevent them from absorbing enough sunlight required for peak performance.
Solar panels are best cleaned using deionized water with a bristle brush. Deionized water is recommended because it is eco-friendly, giving it a spotless clean and leaves no mineral residue associated with tap water or chemicals such as soap on the panel surface.

It depends on the environmental condition, an environment with much dust or ongoing construction work could require more cleaning, but generally it should be cleaned at least twice a year.
Cleaning is a form of panel inspection, cleaning exposes possible faults or cracks on the solar PV panel.

Yes, we remove any nests and/or birds that are under panels and surroundings. We then wash out the bird droppings and debris on the solar panels.
No, our brushes are made of real bristle brushes. It is strong and coarse enough to remove dirt and grime but gentle enough to leave NO scratches.
The brush is water-fed by a telescopic pole through a plastic hose, allowing for an even wash.
It really depends on a few factors, like the size of the system, where it's located, the type of roof, and how many stories there are. Each situation is unique!
